New Items

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Used Items

All used items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
How to Return

We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
