EzProByte Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our return guidelines carefully:

New Items

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Used Items

  • All used items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

How to Return

  • Contact us at info@ezprobyte.com to start a return.

  • We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • We do not process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days pass, email us at info@ezprobyte.com.
